We operate a primary care medical office that provides healthcare to individuals of all ages, from pediatrics to elder care through an integrated team approach. In addition to the medical office we have a dental team providing education, support and services for general dentistry. We also provide community outreach, host nutrition and exercise classes, and we have Certified Enrollment Counselors on staff for enrollment assistance.
We are a smaller organization of 40 staff serving more than 3,000 patients a year. We believe in an integrated team based approach to care, and treasure and nurture the relationships between our patients as we are their partner on their health journey. We believe in teamwork, supporting one another, and are committed to an ongoing process of quality improvement. We also actively work with other groups in and around Winters to provide a myriad of services and support to our patients to improve the health of our entire community. Winters, CA is located at the base of the Vaca Mountains in Northern California. The town of Winters is a small town, home to unique shops, restaurants and galleries. Winters’ location offers its residents a host of amenities, recreation activities, and world-class cultural offerings just minutes away. We are located about 30 miles west of Sacramento, 70 miles northeast of San Francisco bay area and the Sierra Mountains are an easy day trip. Winters provides the luxuries of being able to have access to so many beautiful areas of Northern California- we are truly lucky to be in such a great area!

Winters, California is a gem of a town located in Yolo County of Northern California. We are home to rich agriculture with farmland, vineyards, crops and beautiful orchards. We are spoiled with delicious food and we are proud that Winters was voted #4 in the nation for “Best Small Town Food Scene” by USA Today Reader’s Choice Awards of 2018. If there is ever a best small town drink scene poll, our local craft breweries and incredible wineries are sure to also make the top 10!

We have many family-friendly events, festivals, and celebrations to enjoy all year long with others of the community. Each event highlights our local food, drinks, vendors and partner organizations. Our town takes pride in who we are and what we do, and we live up to every sense of the word community, and we welcome you to join us!
Another part of our community and the things we are proud of include some of the nearby recreation. Take a short drive (or 10 mile bike ride) on Highway 128 to Lake Solano, Putah Creek, Lake Berryessa and the Monticello Damn to take in and explore the beauty of our backyard.

From newborns to great grandparents, our care teams have decades of experience helping patients with the health issues that are unique to every age group. We also know that good health includes the mind and the mouth; we believe that integrated health care is important in improving overall health. We have primary care, prenatal care, dental care, behavioral health, health coaches, and promotores working closely with patients and the community.
